Black Agate is known for its grounding and protective energy, often used to create a sense of stability and inner strength. It is believed to absorb negative energies and transform them into positive vibrations, offering emotional balance and resilience. Many turn to Black Agate to ease feelings of stress or fear, promoting calmness and clarity of thought. Spiritually, it is thought to strengthen one’s connection to the root chakra, encouraging security, courage, and a steady foundation in life.

This one is probably my least favorite out of the five, but I am biased I broke a bead when I was almost done and had to start all over again! If a job is worth doing it is worth doing twice right? Right? But really I wanted to highlight the blue veins in the otherwise black stone so I picked beads that matched the veining. Honestly the colors are perfect and I love the piece.

This is another of the antique cabochons that were cut by my friend's great grandfather. This one is the most unique out of the ones that I got from her. I haven't ever really seen black agate before and I just love how dark and subtle the coloration is in the stone. I will definitely be keeping an eye out for more of it in the future!
