Ronaldo the Dragon

Ronaldo had big dreams. He wanted to be big. He wanted to be so big that he could carry an elephant! Unfortunately for Ronaldo he stayed small. He is so small that the biggest thing he can carry is a dog. He still hasn't given his dreams up but for now he spends his time as dogwalker. He particularly loves chihuahuas, he likes to pretend they are great danes so that he can feel bigger!

Ronaldo was actually the second dragon I made in this style. The first one being years ago I made a black and purple one. This was kind of my foray back into dragons. So he came out half size compared to the rest. Why you might ask is the style not called Ronaldo style dragons? The short answer. My sister. I named Ronaldo just for fun. I like the name. But she likes soccer. And, she dislikes Christiano Ronaldo. So she demanded that I rename him Messi.

Obviously Ronaldo already had a backstory and his name was already his name so I didn't do that. But I did make another dragon in blue (Messi's team colors) and named him Lionel. Lionel is better than Ronaldo in one particular way. He is bigger. So the style is Lionel not Ronaldo to make my sister happy.

Ronaldo's colors make me think of a little kid wearing striped pajamas. That kind of gave rise to his less than fantastical personality. He just feels like a little kid who loves animals and can't wait to get big. I think its cute even if it isn't all that deep.
