Mermaid tail blanket

While I love how this blanket turned out (it also doubles as a cape nicely) I don't think I will ever make another one like it. The amount of time it took to work up something this size with such lightweight yarn nearly killed me. I also had to completely make up the tail pattern myself since my yarn gauge was so radically different than the pattern's that it looked terrible. I don't have the pattern anymore unfortunately.
