Mariposite Pendants

Mariposite is often associated with gentle healing energy and a strong connection to nature and the Earth. I got these two stones with the idea that I might make earrings from them. And then I realized that they were approximately 3 times too large to make good earrings. I decided instead to make a pair of pendants. When I make pairs I like to make cousins not sisters. I saw that phrase recently and it really amused me. I like to make my pairs very similar but not exactly the same. So as you can see I tried one with a green accent and one with black. Personally I think I like the Black better.
