Green Tree Agate Necklace

Green Tree Agate is known as a stone of inner peace and connection to nature. It is believed to bring stability, grounding, and a sense of calm, especially during times of stress or emotional turmoil. This stone is also thought to encourage growth and abundance, both in the physical and spiritual sense. Many use Green Tree Agate to deepen their bond with the earth and to nurture balance and harmony in their lives.

This is one of the antique cabs from my friends great grandfather. I have my doubts that it is Green Tree Agate. It just looks different than any of the green tree agate that I have worked with before, but I don't want to argue with them. I assume that they know more than me. I think it looks more like another stone that was sold to me as mariposite.

But then I was researching what mariposite is and turns out it is nothing. Just a term for vaguely green stones... So now I have two stones that I can't quite identify. And I was like maybe it looks a little like two other stones that I was sold as Green Azurite. But I looked that up and laughed out loud. Absolutely not. Those are not azurite of any color. So now I have four of these stones. I have no idea what they are. I love them. Maybe they are green tree agate maybe not?

Regardless of the name of the stone I love this piece!
