Agate is believed to be a stone of stability, balance, and grounding, gently bringing harmony to mind, body, and spirit. Often associated with strength and protection, it’s thought to help soothe inner tension while enhancing mental clarity. Many use agate to encourage self-confidence, inner security, and the ability to speak one’s truth with calm assurance. Its steady, stabilizing energy is said to nurture emotional healing and promote a sense of safety, making it a favored stone for meditation and personal growth. Each unique band and color variation is thought to carry its own subtle vibrations, amplifying the stone’s connection to nature’s rhythms.

This was the second challenge I tackled from that collection of stones that I purchased from a friends grandmother. She was able to tell me that these are agate, but she couldn't remember what kind. But I was so excited by the soft colors in their palatte. I knew that my dark bronze beads would be the perfect match. And I was right!

This bezel design was one that I kind of just made up as I went. I know jewelry in general tends to have feminine vibes for people but I think the additional floral elements created by this pattern make them feel extra feminine and beautiful. I didn't set out to create a flower, but once again the vision took me where it wanted me to go and I just love the results!
