StrawBear-y

Ok, ok, ok. Don't hate me for the pun. I don't do them often but its a bear, its pink, how could I not? You'll see soon she has a sibling named BlueBear-y. But after that I am done. Probably. We will see. I made this little pink one as a pair for the first bear I made. I will keep this one as well. I wanted a matching pink and blue set. I might make a little green one to keep too.

I really do love this pattern. Enough that I transcribed it onto lined paper so that if the designer ever chooses to stop providing it I won't lose it. I have made three of them so far but do have plans for more. I need to figure out how to make the eyes a little bit more even, but I don't actually mind. I think the slight crookedness actually makes her even cuter.

I still don't love this yarn. I got it at the same time as the blue yarn so its the same style and surprisingly I have the same problems with it. I just wanted it to be so much cuter than it was. I only have a little bit of it left, in both colors. Maybe I will just make little dragons or something out of the scraps. I am not sure yet.

Once again this pattern is available on Ravelry here.
