Purple Irregular Triangle Earrings

These were supposed to be complete diamond earrings like my Atlantisesque ones. But, I found the pattern to be extremely challenging and I decided to stop them in this shape. Also, I am not the biggest fan of brick stitch so it wasn't hard to convince me to change the shape. Honestly it is one of the biggest successes I have had. While I still haven't sold this piece it has inspired not one, but two people to commission their own pair in another colorway! Probably the most profitable bit of laziness I have ever had!

My only regret and it is a tiny one. Is that I wish the darkest purple had been matte like the others. I think that would have helped the gradient blend just a little bit more. But honestly I don't mind it at all as it is. I really love how gold and purple pair together and I don't see myself ever pairing purple with any other metal.
