These were the first opals I ever bought, they are so dang expensive. But it was worth it. They sold to the very first person who saw them at the convention I went to. I will definitely have to buy a few more at the next gem show. But, I want to upgrade some of my materials. I have started buying hypoallergenic metals and I want to get more precious stones. Right now I use a lot of less than semi-precious stones. Opals are gorgeous and expensive and eventually I will get used to it. Or not, but I did love working with these.
