Lothar has arrived! He spends his time travelling to lakes and ponds looking for Rusalka. Once he finds them he helps them move to new hunting grounds. You can find him most frequently in Eastern Europe (the traditional home for rusalka) but he helps them relocate to waterways all over the world!
