Faux Pearl Bracelet

I usually use real stones in my work so this was a bit of a deviation for me. I wanted to see whether or not I could get the cost of my works a little bit cheaper for my customers. Honestly, I don't think it was worth it. Turns out most of the price is actually my labor, well not actually, but it feels like it. Turns out I do just as much work to make a cheaper product as a more expensive one. So it doesn't feel very good to price it very much cheaper.

I think this bracelet is gorgeous and I am glad I made it. I also have a lot more of these faux pearls so I will eventually use them up, but, unless they are super popular I will not be restocking them. I kind of decided after making this piece that I wanted to elevate my products with nicer materials and just generally make everything higher quality. So, while I think this was a useful experiment for me it is not the direction that I think I want to go in the future. So if you wanted a cheaper version of some of my stuff this is it! It is still the same quality of work, and the beads are the same high quality, only the pearls are fake.
