Recipe: 6c fresh basil
1c fresh parsley
1/2c dried parsley
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2c olive oil
1tsp garlic salt
1c parmesian
My mom is allergic to nuts so we make our pesto without any. (She is also allergic to dairy but pretends not to be) All the Parsley and Basil was from our garden and I made around 6 lbs of pesto.
