Not quite a Boston Cream pie

My little sister made this pie last night/today (it had to sit overnight to set up). I would call it a Boston cream pie but she insists that it is not. It has a great graham cracker crust and chocolate and whipped cream filling (plus some extra stuff). It was absolutely delicious and has been entirely consumed by the family already.
