Another Dumbo Octo!

You all remember these wonderful little octopi! (Octopods? Octopuses? Just kidding I know it is Octopi but both of the other choices are more fun to say.) If you don't then you are missing out. Not only are they fun to make, but they always sell. I love them. They do use an entire skein so I can only do it with a fresh one. Not usually a problem but something to consider. Also if I use the wrong size hook or my tension is too loose I will run out before I reach the end. They are a risk but they are so worth it!

I love making them in variegated yarn. I think because I don't have any color in my mind already for an octopus it doesn't bother me. I don't like doing things like bunnies in variegated yarns. It just looks weird to me. But these guys and frogs, they get all the variegation that I can give them!

This dude is already sold so I definitely need to make a few more. I haven't made any keychains in a while since I have been focusing on bigger projects and commissions. My stock is running low. I will have to remedy that soon!
