I told you tone on tone was a win! I really love this muted gold and I definitely didn't get enough of it. I will have to remedy that with my next order. But, how amazing are the subtle hue shifts in this gold? They just give the scales so much depth and visual interest. I only have a translucent gold now but I will absolutely be getting more of this, the translucent is fun, but solid colors are where it is at!
I know just said yesterday that patterns can be a lot on these dragons but I take it all back! The pattern on this dragon is to die for! I love the pops of red, the way the gold snakes around and the neutral background of the black.
